This Addendum modifies and supplements the DynaFile Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) between you, on behalf of your company or other legal entity (“Customer”), and Blue Ribbon Technologies, LLC (“BRT”).
By using the DynaFile software, you are confirming your acceptance of the Software and agreeing to add the following to the MSA:
- Subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement, BRT grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the DynaFile software (the “Software”) solely for the performance of Customer’s internal business purposes in connection with Customer’s usage of the Service. To the extent the Software is incorporated into the Service and/or provided by or on behalf of BRT in connection with the use of the Services, such Software shall be deemed to be part of the Services.
All other terms and conditions of the MSA shall remain in full force and effect
